You will have a 48-hour window (not including weekends and holidays) to indicate your top three (3) location choices before it opens to the next exhibitor. This email will include a link to the floor plan, which will show numbered spaces and the names and locations of any companies that have chosen their location.
Non-profit tables will be assigned based on commitment date.
The floor plan is subject to revision at the discretion of MDS.
