The MDS International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders is the premier meeting in the field each year, gathering together the world’s top clinicians, researchers, post-doctoral fellows, medical residents, medical students and other non-physician health professionals.

Support Opportunities

The International Congress provides many opportunities to increase your global visibility and showcase your company’s message while supporting Congress activities. Opportunities include:

Deadlines and Specifications

The commitment deadline for support of the 2022 International Congress is July 1, 2022 unless otherwise noted in the Prospectus. Additional deadlines for sponsor deliverables indicated in the Prospectus will be communicated via email when available. Information on sizes and specifications for logos, advertisements, and other items not already included in the Prospectus will be made available in the Sponsor and Exhibitor Portal on the International Congress website. An email will be sent when the Portal launches.
 

Reservation and Confirmation

All supporters are required to complete and sign a Sponsor and Exhibition Reservation Form to indicate a commitment to supporting the International Congress.

Upon receipt of this form, MDS will follow up with confirmation and a Letter of Agreement. Early reservations are strongly encouraged as some opportunities may be limited. 

Sponsorship payments are to be made by direct wire transfer or check payable in US Dollars to the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society. Details for payment will be provided with the invoice following execution of the Letter of Agreement. Should there be more than one sponsor interested in the same sponsorship opportunity, priority will be given by date of receipt of the Sponsor and Exhibitor Reservation Form.
