This topic will focus on recognizing the key clinical features and differentiating between Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) and related startle disorders. An emphasis on diagnostic challenges, such as recognizing symptom overlap with other neuromuscular disorders, and current therapeutic strategies will be discussed.
