At the conclusion of this session, participants should be better able to:
- Discuss the definition and classification of dystonia
- Identify genetic causes of isolated dystonias and of selected combined treatable dystonias
- Discuss oral medications, identify the muscles to treat with botulinum toxin and select patients for functional neurosurgery
