In this session, faculty will discuss the particular genetic, cultural and environmental factors that may influence the diagnosis and management of patients with Parkinson’s disease across the globe, with an emphasis on underserved areas. Reference will be made to the opportunities that are opening through this globalizing effort to better understand and manage Parkinson’s disease on a global level.

  3. Recognize the global disparities that influence care of patients with Parkinson’s disease, and the efforts to address such disparities
