Event begins at 18:00
Join MDS for a Movement Disorders Awareness 5K Run/Walk at the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Saturday, September 21 at 18:00 to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders affecting patients around the world. Registration for the Run/Walk is in addition to the Congress registration fee and portions of the fee will be donated to La Societe Francophone des Mouvements Anormaux (SOFMA).
This event has limited space and is only open to the first 300 delegates to register. Please note that this is an optional pre-Congress event and requires an additional registration fee.
Delegates interested in participating for this limited space event can register through the online International Congress Registration form. Pre-registration for this event is required and there will be no onsite registrations accepted.
If you are not registering to attend the International Congress of Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders but would like to participate in the 5k Run/Walk, please register here.
The cost of this event is $25 USD and can be paid along with the International Congress registration fee.
Included with the cost of this event is a t-shirt and post-race light refreshments.
This is an out-and-back course starting and ending at 1 Promenade des Anglais.

Individuals running this event will be provided a timing chip for the race. Walkers will not be timed.
Transportation to and from the run/walk is NOT provided.
Participants will need to provide their own transportation or use public transportation to and from the starting line.
